Challenging a Deceased Estate
Unfortunately, the death of a loved one can often result in a challenge from a family member claiming that the deceased person did not leave the family member with an adequate and appropriate provision. Such a situation can create significant tensions within a family and that circumstance is coupled with what can be complex legal issues.
